Our staff will work on your preferred timezone. Full time staff works 9 hours with a 1 hour lunch break and part-time staff works 4 hours a day.

What home office setup a staff must have?

Our staff is required to have a quiet place to work, typically a separate room within their house. They should also have a reliable DSL internet connection and an up-to date computer.

Is there a satisfaction guarantee?

We do have a 60 day money back guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with our service within the 60 days of the purchase date, all UNUSED hours will be refunded.

Can I still use my unused hours next month?

Yes, we offer our clients plenty time to use them. Our packages gives you 3 months to use them. Make sure to provide task to your VA, so you can use the most out of it.

Can I change my package later on?

Yes, you have an option to change your package. Most of my clients upgrade to bigger package later.
